Avoid These Things at Work

There are certain things that employees do that bosses hate to deal with because it shows them a lack of hard work and interest in the job. These little annoyances need to be avoided at all costs if you want to keep your job and avoid being on the boss' bad side.

Office drama is the first big no-no because of the kind of problems it can cause throughout the team. Do not be the kind of employee that gossips about everyone and talks about people behind their backs. This also goes for office romance because that opens up another problem that bosses just don't want to -- or have time to -- deal with.

Don't be a prankster, either. There are plenty of people that like to have fun, but at the work place, it's not something you want to do and could ultimately lead to you losing a job. Some pranks have gone too far and made it so the employee on the receiving end quit in which case the company loses two employees after they fire you.
